Creative Medway is delighted to be a lead partner for Medway Culture Fest 24, Medway's year-long programme of cultural and activity. The festival is our Cultural Strategy in action, it is being created for, with and by Medway communities to showcase our rich history, creativity and ambition!
Our starting point for the programme is the 40th anniversary of Chatham Historic Dockyard Trust and the cultural regeneration of the Dockyard site as as the 40th anniversary of Medway African and Caribbean Association.
Medway Culture Fest 24 is all about inviting people to take part in creative activity right where they live across Medway's town and villages showcasing Medway's unique story and personality to visitors.

Donate your time in a way that works for you, whether it’s for a one-off event or as a regular commitment. The brand-new Medway Change Makers volunteering programme has opportunities to suit everyone’s schedule and accessibility needs.
Have an idea for an event in your community?
Check out the Events Management Training to learn the essentials of delivering a safe, legal, accessible, inclusive and fun event. The training is available FREE to all community and cultural organisations in Medway.

Throughout the year we’ll be promoting opportunities for young people to get hands-on with culture and kickstart their creative careers. Explore the programme and check back throughout the year for more opportunities.
