Four dedicated coach bays are available for coach operators to set-down and pick-up their passengers in complete safety.  These are located on Corporation Street (A2), Rochester.

Coaches may use this area daily between 7am and 9pm (07.00 to 21.00 hours).  There is a 1 hour maximum waiting restriction with no return in 3 hours in this area for long stay coaches (except during festivals and special events when it reverts to 15 minutes max stay for setting down and collecting passengers only). Drivers are strongly advised to park at Curtis Way Coach Park, Rochester.

The dedicated set-down and pick-up facility is only available for incoming tour groups to Medway.  Holiday and excursion coaches operating tours from Medway are not allowed to use this area.  These services should pick-up and drop-off their passengers from the bus stops located nearby on Corporation Street A2.

Coaches visiting Chatham town centre and theatres are now required to pre-book their visit at least 48-hours in advance if they wish to enter Chatham Waterfront bus station. Find out more.
