Offering a wide range of stock includes fresh fish caught locally by our trawlers, as well as fresh oysters from West Mersea and local produce from our suppliers. We are proud to say that we source most of our produce from Billingsgate Fish Market and our fisherman in Hythe, which is delivered fresh daily.
